Founded by Mark, Kindsey, and Kyler Pentecost as a way to help the younger generations of entrepreneurs (including IT WORKS! distributors), Impact Professionals was created during the COVID pandemic to meet the needs of a younger demographic who prefers online, entertaining content and is hungry for relevant inspiration and personal development.

It Works! now known as Zinzino
In 2001, Mark Pentecost founded It Works! with a simple but ambitious vision: build a company that could change lives.
What began with one breakthrough product—That Crazy Wrap Thing®, known by millions as the Skinny Wrap®—grew into a global health and wellness movement. Fueled by innovative products, an extraordinary community, and an entrepreneurial business model, It Works! expanded around the world.
At the height of its growth, It Works! went from approximately $40 million to more than $750 million in annual sales in just five years, gaining national and international recognition from organizations and publications including Forbes, the Inc. 500, and Direct Selling News.
But the story didn't end there.
In 2026, It Works! merged with Zinzino, a global health and wellness company headquartered in Norway. The combination united two organizations around a shared vision for the future—one driven by innovation, technology, and test-based nutrition to deliver more personalized wellness, while also offering a business opportunity that changes lives.
Today, that next chapter carries forward many of the principles that helped build It Works!: dream big, believe in people, embrace innovation, and create opportunities that can change lives.

Pentecost Ranch
Pentecost Ranch reflects something Mark and Cindy Pentecost have experienced firsthand: what can happen when someone invites you into a bigger environment and encourages you to dream.
What began as a 300-acre dream has grown into more than 10,000 acres of working ranchland—creating a place to inspire others to dream bigger while preserving the cowboy way of life so vital to America’s history and future.
Today, the ranch brings together entrepreneurs, business leaders, churches, and philanthropic endeavors to build relationships, exchange ideas, and grow their dreams and vision for what is possible.
Pentecost Ranch is also a productive working ranch, home to approximately 1,000 head of Black Angus cattle and horses, with agricultural operations that include hay and Bahia sod production.
As Mark says, “It’s not just about having the land, it’s about what it represents.” Preserving a way of life while inspiring the next generation to dream bigger.
